A committed eco-fashion designer, dedicated to sustainability in design and construction, Carrie Ann Moran is Creative Director with award winning Rediscover Fashion – Irelands Green Fashion Label.
Following completion of a Law degree, Carrie Ann re-directed her focus to sustainable fashion, not wanting to follow suit but lead the way in making a change within the industry. A natural progression occurred to develop Rediscover Fashion from a project into a thriving social and environmental enterprise under the Rediscovery Centre umbrella. In 2010 Carrie Ann lead Rediscover Fashion to win the Arthur Guinness Fund which helps social entrepreneurs deliver measurable, transformational change to communities in Ireland and worldwide.

Because I am a Girl I believe…in doing one good deed a day, whether it’s making a cup of tea or giving someone your seat on the bus, even if its one little thing it’s worth it for a smile on someone’s face.

Because I am a Girl I remember…being a complete and utter tomboy growing up and wonder how I actually turned into this girl!
Because I am a Girl I like…actually I just love being a girl and everything about it!
Because I am a Girl I dislike…people who discourage creativity and expressionism
Because I am a Girl I feel…its ok to not be ok sometimes – that’s why we have ears – to listen !
Because I am a Girl I celebrate…my love, friendship and happiness each and everyday and know that I am blessed to be surrounded with such amazing people in my life.
